In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
If you want to request data that EODC should host for your project or institution place your request under this link.

For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Due to an OpenStack Security Advisory, image uploads to Glance are currently disabled.
A patch is being developed, but the ETA is unknown
This affects the functionality of launcher.eodc.eu, including the ability to start new instances from images.
We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

cloud.eodc.eu
We have been experiencing ongoing issues with the OpenStack image store
Snapshots seem to be unreliable. You might be unable to create volumes from the Snapshot.
Resizing volumes requires a manual intervention from the Support.
To resolve the resizing of volumes, please open a support ticket with us.
The fix is quick to apply, but please note that your instance will need to be briefly shut down to complete the process safely.


All other EODC systems operating normally.
