Internet Service Disruptions:
We recently experienced connectivity issues due to a hardware failure on our Internet Service Provider's (ISP) network. The faulty equipment has been replaced, and service has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Status: Resolved

No disruptive maintenance planned.


Following a scheduled operational change of ESA's Collaborative Data Access on Nov. 10th, 2023, data retrieval at EODC has experienced an unforeseen delay. We apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue. For urgent matters, please contact our support team at support@eodc.eu.
