In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

All operations normal.
We have been informed by our housing provider that further tests on the cooling infrastructure are now scheduled.
These tests are expected to be less invasive, however there is a possibility of a downtime.
These tests will be conducted on Wednesday 26.02.20.
We will send a further notification on completion of these tests.
We will endeavour to give a minimum of 30 minutes notice in the event of an emergency shutdown.
In the event of an emergency shutdown, there would be no access to the EO-Storage and EO-Repository, although other aspects of will continue as normal.
On the following dates, the Copernicus Data Hub Services are going to carry out a series of infrastructure security maintenance activities:
- Tuesday, 25 February
- Wednesday, 26 February
- Tuesday, 3 March
- Wednesday, 4 March
It is expected that these activities will cause a delay in the publication of all Copernicus Sentinel-1, Copernicus Sentinel-2 and Copernicus Sentinel-3 products.
However, all data will be acquired at EODC as soon as published on the Hubs.
