In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

We have been experiencing ongoing issues with the OpenStack image store
Snapshots seem to be unreliable. You might be unable to create volumes from the Snapshot.

Due to an OpenStack Security Advisory, image uploads to Glance are currently disabled.
Please get in touch with us if you require this functionality.
All other EODC systems operating normally.
