In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

There will be no availability of our EO-Storage from Monday 20.01 07.30 until Thursday 23.01 17.30
This concerns all storage access to /eodc from our cloud environments and from VSC.
We will endeavour to return services to operational sooner than this.
Please be aware that there may also be reduced CPU performance within the cloud environments at this time, although continued availability is fully expected.
